1 c unsalted butter
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
3.7 oz 70% cocoa chocolate bar
2 c sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 t vanilla
½ c chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
½ c flour
½ t salt
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, unsweetened chocolate and 70% cocoa chocolate bar. Stir frequently. When melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add flour, salt and chocolate chips, mix well. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
